Admission requirements vary based on the level of study. Here are the general criteria:
· For both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, an IELTS score of 6.0 is required, with a minimum of 5.5 in each section (Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking).
Academics Qualification:
For Undergraduate Program- To be eligible, you must have graduated from an accredited secondary school with a diploma recognized for university admission. The diploma must be from an institution approved by the national or state Ministry of Higher Education.
For Graduate Program- To apply for a Master’s program at Webster University, you need a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Provisional admission may be granted if you're still completing your degree. Your university must be recognized by the Ministry of Education or an equivalent accrediting body.
The University of Webster offers a range of scholarships to help international students manage their tuition fees. Some key scholarships include:
1. Merit-Based Academic Scholarships
High-achieving students with a GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent may qualify for scholarships covering up to 30% of tuition, renewable annually. Scholarship recipients may also join the Scholars Program, which offers advanced coursework and a Scholars Certificate upon graduation.
2. Need-Based Financial Aid
Financial aid is available for students who demonstrate financial need, covering up to 30% of tuition. Applicants must submit a Financial Aid Form along with income details and supporting documents. Aid is renewable each year with certain conditions.
3. On-Campus Work-Study (Swiss/EU Students Only)
Eligible students can work up to 12 hours per week in academic or administrative roles, earning wages credited toward tuition. This provides both financial support and professional experience. Preference is given to students with documented financial need.
4. U.S. Federal Aid Programs
U.S. citizens and Green Card holders can apply for FAFSA-based aid, including Pell Grants and Student Loans, processed through Webster’s St. Louis campus.
